Registration for LACSI Symposium 2006 is now open.

All registration payments are to be made by credit card, check or money order, and registration is not complete until payment is received.

Registration Fees

• Early Registration through September 22, 2006:
  • Entire Conference, non-student: $350
  • Entire Conference, student: $250
  • Tuesday Workshops only: $150
• Late Registration after September 22, 2006 until October 17, 2006 (and Registration at the Conference):
  • Entire Conference, non-student: $400
  • Entire Conference, student: $300
  • Tuesday Workshops only: $150

By paper: If you would like to pay by check, you must use this offline registration form (Word or PDF format). You may also use this offline form if for any reason you prefer not to register online. Download the MSWord or PDF version of the registration form. Once the form has been filled out, it may be faxed or mailed to LACSI 2006 Symposium Payment and Registration using the following information:

LACSI 2006 accepts Visa and MasterCard. Please note: credit card charges will be processed by KRL Science Management.

Cancellation Policy

All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing, either via email to lacsi@krellinst.org or by regular mail to the address listed above. Cancellation requests must be received on or before September 30, 2006 to qualify for a refund, less a $40.00 processing fee. Registration fees are non-refundable after September 30, 2006. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 30 days after the close of the conference. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
